I contacted Mauricio 3 years ago to request information about what I needed to buy a house. He took the time to come to my house gather some info, run numbers and explained in detail what me and my husband needed to do in regards to our credit, & income. He gave us an estimate of what we qualify for at the time. Mauricio worked with me for 3 years patiently while we were working on our credit/reducing bills. He will check on us once in a while until we were ready. Finally 3 years after, with pandemic in everything, he took the time to run our number again and see where we were at. We were ready. He show us some houses, he walked us thru the whole process and even when the process got stressful at times because of the pandemic, he remain calm and professional. He’s very kind and patient.

I had first heard about Mauricio back in in 2014 when a co-worker was in search of his first home and said many positive things about him. The following year my brother decide to also buy his first home and I would be his co-signer we decided to contact him and see if he would be able to help us and of course he did. Now it was my turn to purchase my own home and the market being so crazy (2020) we finally closed escrow a few weeks ago and so thankful Mauricio was there for us every step of the way from the beginning from seeing many homes till the end every question we ever had he would promptly respond to our calls, text messages and emails. On the contrary he emails you an automatic list of houses for you to tell him which house do you like then he will make an appointment to show it to you. We have had previous experiences buying houses and we were not happy, it was like no effort was put.
